Christmas Float: “The Greatest Gift of All”
Preliminary work will probably begin on our Christmas float November 16.. The float will be built in William Zarkadas’ shop at his house. Continued work on the float will happen on Monday, Thursday and Friday nights. There will be some painting, building and putting together that needs to take place. There are also 600 candy canes that need to be attached to cards with tape. The cards have the “Legend of the Candy Cane” on them. The parade is November 23 and we need any of our youngsters who are able to plan to ride on the float. Some of the older youth are needed to hand out candy canes and cards. Anyone who would like to help are welcome to do so. More information will be coming as we get into the actual building process. If you would like to help, please let Don or Susie know.
